Ready-to-ship orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

Customized, engraved or size-adjusted jewellery may take 7–14 working days. Remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions or courier delays may require additional time.

Return or exchange requests must be made within the stated eligibility period. Jewellery must meet the required condition and packaging rules.

Customized, engraved or size-adjusted jewellery cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless it is defective or incorrectly supplied.
